Distinguished Investment Strategies
Our investment philosophy and processes are the driving force of our investment strategies. Client portfolios may include stocks, senior living private funds, and hedge funds, with exposure to each based on the client’s objectives, risk tolerance, and eligibility.
Stocks
We invest in the traditional asset classes of domestic and international stocks and bonds to obtain exposure to the public markets.
- Globally diversified across domestic and international markets
- Exposure customized to each family’s goals and income needs
Senior Living
For eligible clients, the firm offers exposure to private senior housing real estate through its own senior living private funds. Each fund is a separate offering made only through its own offering documents.
The firm carefully evaluates each project before choosing to sponsor it.
Accredited investors only. These funds are offered privately, without general solicitation or advertising, exclusively to accredited investors with whom the firm has a pre-existing, substantive relationship. No information about any fund or offering is provided on this website, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation of any security. Clients with questions about this strategy should contact the firm directly.
Hedge Funds
Where appropriate, we may allocate a portion of a client’s portfolio to hedge funds managed by established, unaffiliated third-party managers.
- Established, unaffiliated third-party managers
- Used selectively, as a complement to a client’s core portfolio
- Intended to seek returns with lower correlation to public markets; there is no assurance this objective will be achieved
Hedge fund investments may be subject to investor eligibility requirements set by each fund. They involve significant risks, including illiquidity and potential loss of principal, which are described in each fund’s offering documents.
The right blend is different for every family.
